An iPad damaged by water or liquid is our speciality and this service is for you. Even if your iPad has no sign of life the chances are we can reverse the damage. This diagnostics will cover cleaning and assessing the extent of the damage to your device.
Following completing the diagnostics, we will provide you a full quote for any further repair required to bring your device to full working order. Our success rate is over 70% on water damaged iPads.
In the event that we cannot repair your iPad, we will return it to you with nothing more to pay.
PLEASE NOTE: Damage incurred to a iPad water damaged or submerged iPad is wide spread and often unpredictable. Though uncommon, not all water/liquid damaged iPads can be repaired and deterioration of its performance and functions can happen over a period of time.

Our UK-wide express Mail-in service is very straightforward and the whole process normally takes just 24–48 hours. You simply select your repair and pay for it on our website. Then, send us your device and we send it back fully repaired. In the vast majority of cases, we repair and return your device the day that we receive it. We use Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day", which is fully insured.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPRESS MAIL-IN SERVICE REPAIR TAKE?
The vast majority of our express mail repairs are completed the day that we receive your device. We then immediately return your device. This means that your device is usually away from you for just 24–48 hours.
As soon as we receive your device, we'll notify you via email. Once your device is repaired and on its way back to you, we'll send you another email with the Royal Mail tracking details. We use Royal Mail's "Special Delivery Next Day" service, which guarantees the return of your device to you by 1pm the following day (due to uneven Saturday deliveries, devices posted on Friday may reach you on Monday).
Sometimes due to the nature of a repair or circumstances out of our control, we may take a little longer. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of your order status via email. Your order has a unique reference number which you can quote at any time for an update.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE POSTAGE?
Yes – it includes postage from us to you. Our prices include the cost of our postage to you via Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day", which insures your device for up to £500 and guarantees delivery to you by 1pm the following day.
iCrack is the alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express service that utilises the highest quality parts that are quality controlled.
We do not use parts direct from the manufacturer, nor does any repair company who are not authorised by Apple as Apple don’t sell genuine parts to third party companies. Instead we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and replacement parts.
Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is we provide our own warranty for all our repairs! For more details please see warranty page.
Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes.
In order to fully complete our pre and post-repair test to make sure everything is working we would need your device password. Keeping in line with our data protection policy we will not access any of the personal data on your device.
We pride ourselves on an express repair service. Common devices can be repaired in-store within 30 minutes, whilst postal repairs are between 24-48 hours.
Our walk-in service allows you to have your device repaired straight away! You can see the time required for each repair when you book on our website.
Yes we do ! If you are from London, Surrey, Kent, Essex or Middlesex area, we can offer you repair in your place. This is a subject to free slots availability. Some repairs need to be done in the laboratory but then we can arrange courier collection and quick return if it needs to be done same day. Please note same day courier and call out is at additional cost.
No as we cannot guarantee the quality of parts we do not purchase ourselves we will only carry out repairs using our own parts.
