Everyone seems to live busy lives these days and those commitments can leave you with little time to get things that need doing, done. This is why when your iPhone breaks, it can be a real pain in the neck having to jump through hoops to get it repaired. Here’s how it works…

Step 1 – Visit Us Online

The first step to your convenient iPhone repair is to visit us online, choose the specific type of repair you’d like (e.g. ‘iPhone 6 Full Refurbishment’ and then enter your personal details to register your request.

Step 2 – Make Payment

The next simple step of your iPhone repair is to make the appropriate payment for the service required. You can make that payment using either PayPal, credit or debit card.

Step 3 – Print Out Paperwork

Next, once you’ve booked your iPhone repair in, you need to either print off the invoice to send with your broken smartphone or if you don’t have a printer, you can simply write down your name, address, contact number and order number by hand and include it with your package.

Step 4 – Send us your iPhone Repair

The last thing required is to post your device securely (we’d advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery as you’re insured for up to £500) in a padded envelope to us at;

Just remember to back up your data (as it can easily be lost during an iPhone repair), remove your SIM card and either disable your screen passlock or include the code somewhere in the package. This one’s really important, as we won’t be able to test your device without it. Lastly, we’d ask that you write down your order number on the outside of the package, as it allows us to process your iPhone repair quicker.

Then it’s just a matter of waiting for us to carry out your iPhone repair and return it to you, which we always aim to do the following day via Special Delivery.
